Dialog TV connection uses a Satellite connection. But Peo TV is provided through your landline broad band SLT cable connection.
With PEO TV you get 48 hours of rewind TV facility so you can catch up what you have missed out.
Recently, Dialog TV has also introduced 72 hour rewind facility with their ViU HUB. So, you can watch any program that you may have missed, upto 3 days later. Many customers complain that Dialog TV does not work during rainy days.

Why pay extra monthly fee for these connections if you are only watching local channels? Buy and fix a good antenna properly (such as famous Batapola Antenna) watch many channels free using normal Broadcast TV stations.
