Update 2018 April - You can now download Unemployed Graduates List from Ministry of National Policies and Economic Affairs mnpea.gov.lk web site (Link below):
If you an unemployed graduate with a Degree from a Sri Lankan University, then you can now apply for the scheme implemented by Ministry of National Policies and Economic Affairs to recruit and train as a Development Officer. Details of this scheme was published in Sunday Silumina News Paper on 2017/08/06.
Government provides one year training with Rs 20000 Allowance per month during the training period.

20’000 graduates will be recruit.the first batch of graduates, totaling 5,000 will be recruited this July and the second batch of 15, 000 graduates will be recruited by September for training.
