GCE O/L 2015 Exam results released – 3 Ways to check results

Reulsts of the GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) Exmination held in  December 2015 was released today (19 March 2016).


577,220 candidates sat for the exams, of which 370,739 were school candidates and the rest private candidates.

Three ways to check your results.

1 – Official website of the Department of Examination (doenets.lk).

2 – Check results from www.results.exams.gov.lk website.

http://www.results.exams.gov.lk//viewresultsforexam.htm

However sometimes this website goes offline due to heavy traffic to this site, so be patient and check the site again to check the results once they are released, or get your results via SMS message.

3 – Check results via SMS (Mobile-Phone)

According to Department of Examinations website you can check results through sms,
Type exam {exam code} {index number} and send to 1919 to obtain results through sms.

You can also check results using these numbers.
