The results of the Grade 5 Scholarship examination 2022 were released by the Department of Examinations yesterday (25 Jan 2023).
The District Level Cut-Off Marks based on this 2022 Grade 5 Scholarship Examination have been made public by the Department of Examinations.
As a result, the following are the cut-off marks for each district:
The minimum cut-off mark for Kandy, Matale, Galle, Matara, Kurunegala, Kalutara, Gampaha, and Kegalle is 153.
The minimum cut-off mark for Ratnapura and Hambantota is 150.
The minimum cut-off mark for Badulla, Monaragala, Ampara, Puttalam, Polonnaruwa, Badulla, Anuradhapura is 148
The minimum cut-off mark for Trincomalee and Nuwara-Eliya – 147
Mullaitivu, Mannar, and Vavuniya – 145
These are only the district cut-off marks. Minimum marks required for each popular school for the 2023 school year (Grade 6 classes) will be issued later. These are the school cut-off marks based on last year (2022) based on 2021 scholarship.
