Banking is a profession that offers a rapid career progression and good pay and benefits. It’s also a challenging profession that looks to its talented new workforce to help boost the economy and restore public faith in the industry.

    Jobs in Banking Sector

You can start working in a Bank as Trainee Bank Assistant, if you have three GCE A/L passes. To apply these jobs you should be IT literate, proficient in written and spoken English and have good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Bank assistants act as an interface between the Bank and the customer whilst managing a progressive communication flow in order to establish profitable customers through superior customer service. They should ensure all transactions comply with stipulated and implied operational procedures and guidelines in order to minimize potential risks.

Banks have various jobs available in areas including commercial, retail banking, as well as support functions such as finance, human resources, risk, technology and marketing.
