Program Overview

The Open University of Sri Lanka offers a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree program with a newly approved curriculum featuring internationally recognized subjects. The program is available across nine regional centres throughout Sri Lanka.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible, candidates must meet ONE of the following criteria:

• Three passes from any subjects at GCE A/L examination (any stream) in one sitting, OR
• Four passes at GCE A/L (under old syllabus) with at least three passes in one sitting, OR
• Thirty course credits at SLQF level 2 or above from any OUSL program, OR
• An equivalent or higher qualification acceptable to the Senate

AND

• Pass the Selection Test for admission

Selection Exam

• Date: February 09, 2025
• This is a highly competitive examination
• Final selection depends on examination performance
