Vaccination program for university students to be completed at the end of October 2021, said Prof Sampath Amaratunge Chairman of the University Grants Commision UGC of Srilanka.
He said they would be able to re-open universities starting from November 2021. During the first stage, universities to be opened for Fourth year and Third year students.
All Universities are currently closed, the academic activities are successfully being carried out online.
