The University Grants Commission states that 30,000 of those who passed the 2017 G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination will be granted university entrance.
According to the commission, the handbook containing the admission has been issued now and you can purchase this book from the leading bookshops in Sri Lanka.
The Commission further states that admissions to universities should only be submitted online through http://www.admission.ugc.ac.lk/ website, before 26 January 2018.
Results of G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination 2017 were released in December last year, qualifying 163,104 students for university entrance.
