A/L 2016 results has not been released yet. Students are awaiting for results as this affects their future choices: doing A/L again, register for University admissions based on last year results, going abroad, fining a job, finding a course in a Private University/ Foreign university etc.
Last year 2015 A/L results were released on 2 January 2016.
Mr. W.M.N.J Pushpakumara, Commissioner General of Examinations has told Lankadeepa NewsPaper that the results of the 2016 GCE A/L examination will be released before 21 January 2017.
