ශ්‍රී ලංකා නීති විද්‍යාලය සහ නීති ප්‍රවේශ විභාගය
නීතිඥයකු ලෙස වෘත්තිය ආරම්භ කිරීම සඳහා අඩු වියදමකින් පහසුවෙන්ම ඇතුළත් විය හැකි ක්‍රමවේදය වන්නේ නීති විද්‍යාල ප්‍රවේශ විභාගයයි. එම නීති විද්‍යාල ප්‍රවේශ විභාගය සෑම වසරකම අගෝස්තු මස පැවැත්වේ. මෙම ප්‍රවේශ විභාගය සඳහා අවශ්‍ය සුදුසුකම් වන්නේ උසස් පෙළ විෂයන් තුනක් සඳහා සාමාන්‍ය සාමාර්ථ තුනක් සහ සාමාන්‍ය පෙළ සිංහල හා ඉංග්‍රීසි භාෂාවට සී සාමාර්ථයකි.

ශී‍්‍ර ලංකාවේ නීති අධ්‍යාපනය සඳහා වූ එකම වෘත්තීය පුහුණු ආයතනය නීති විද්‍යාලයයි. විවෘත විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයෙන් , කොළඹ විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයෙන්, යාපනය විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයෙන් හෝ ඇතැම් විදේශීය විශ්ව විද්‍යාලවලින් නීතිවේදී උපාධිය ලබා ගත හැකි වනවා. එහෙත් එවැනි උපාධිධාරියෙකු වුවද නීතිඥයෙකු ලෙස පත්වීමට ලැබීමට නම් නීති විද්‍යාලයේ අවසන් වසර විභාගයෙන් සමත් විය යුතුයි.
